Temperature compensation improvement of MLX90609
This Application Note describes the principle and the procedure of enhancing the performance of the MLX90609 angular rate sensor by additional temperature compensation based on a look-up table stored in the internal EEPROM. The suggested approach can be used to improve accuracy of both MLX90609 outputs: analog and digital.
